Prophet, Priest and King (PPK) School (Cantonese) 

October 12-16, 2023

 

The PPK School is a 5-day upgraded version of PCS designed for those who are seeking their identity in Christ and would like to minister in the example set by the Lord. Knowing who we are has a lot to do with what ministry we are to be involved in. Jesus said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in Me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” (John 14:12)

Jesus affirmed His identity in response to Peter’s declaration: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” (Matthew 16:16) He is the Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah. His works included the three anointed offices of the Old Testament: prophet, priest and king. If your identity is that of a Christian, or a Christ follower, then the works you should be doing would be that of the prophet, priest and king. If you want to live out your identity as a Christ follower, to be involved in anointed ministry (the works Christ did on earth), this school is for you.

Prerequisite

Must have attended and completed the 5-day Pastoral Care School (PCS) Conference.​

Fees

Limited spots for each room type. Room arrangement will be handled by PCS accordingly in order to allow students to receive at school in a focused manner. Do not accept lodging outside of venue during the school. 

4-people room: (HKD$3,150 each)

 

2-people room: (HKD$4,200 each)

Luxury 2-people room: (HKD$4,600 each)

Single room: (HKD$5,600 each)

  • Male & female staying in the same room permissible only if they are married or belong to the same household

  • PCS receive no school fees and all fees are to cover actual lodging & food cost 

  • In accordance with prevailing covid or other pandemic condition, PCS will notify students on the required disease prevention measures

Requirements

  • Must have attended and completed the 5-day Pastoral Care School (PCS) Conference.​

​​       If you have not completed the 5-day Pastoral Care School yet, we ask that you will wait for the

       next opportunity for the PPK Conference.

  • Must have completed the registration form (including the reason for attending) and paid the requisite fee. Acceptance of application will be determined by PCS and students admitted will receive a confirmation notice. Anyone who lives outside of Hong Kong should wait until the receipt of such confirmation prior to the booking of air tickets

  • Must stay at the prescribed venue throughout the school and attend all sessions. No leave, early departure or finding a substitute student for any or all of the school will be accepted.

  • Students must continue all their prescribed medication pre and post school

Return of Fees

Other than in the case of a rejection by PCS of one’s application, all fees paid will not be returned. Anyone who has been admitted into the school cannot under any circumstance transfer their slot to any other person.

Covid Safety Policy

All attendees are expected to adhere to local travel advisory, quarantine and testing guidelines. 


All attendees are required to show proof of vaccination against Covid19 and antigen rapid test result at check-in time. Covid19 antigen tests will be administered and self report online daily before breakfast time, and as needed. We ask that all attendees bring at least six (6) Covid19 antigen test kits with them to the conference. Alternatively, PCS can provide the test kits for you for an additional cost of HK$200 as Covid fee. You must specify at the time of registration. 


Masks will be required at all times during the 5-day school, with the exception when you are in your own room and when you are actively eating or drinking.


Anyone who begins to experience any Covid19 symptoms during the conference will be required to immediately self-isolate according to the safety protocols as arranged by PCS and local authorities. Anyone who tests positive to Covid19 should stop attending PCS conference.


​As the situation with Covid19 is dynamic and always changing, this safety policy is subject to change. All attendees are required to follow all the safety protocols as set by PCS. ​
PCS reserves the right to dismiss anyone at any time from the 5-day school, in order to protect the safety and well being of all.
